All purchases in the website are subject to al D.lgs. n. 206 del 06/09/2005. It is possible to place orders both without and with registration to the website. Website registration allows: fast payment, multiple shipping address, orders tracking, discounts and benefits and more.

Prices are subject to change and include 22% VAT.

To certify the purchase Sand Brand will send you the invoice.

You can pay for your purchase with one of the following:

- Credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners, JCB, circuits and Postepay as well) To guarantee the best security during payments, Sand Brand adopts the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). For those cards abilitated to 3D Secure e Secure Code services, during the payment a further secure code will be requested. If you don't have your Code with you, you can contact your bank or use Paypal as payment method.

- PayPal we accept all major credit and debit cards. Registering an account is not mandatory to use this service.

1.The Customer acknowledges that the products from Sand Brand on the Website (hereinafter referred to as the "Products") are numerically limited and is therefore aware that Sand Brand will have to check their availability at the time of purchase.

2. Occasionally, inconveniences may arise in connection with the availability of certain Products. In such circumstances, Sand Brand will inform the Customer by e-mail. In case of unavailability of the product, the customer will be asked if he prefers a replacement or refund.

Items travel at buyer's risk. Sand Brand does not accept claims for delays or damages regarding goods.

Please note that any claim for delays or damages to the goods must be immediately reported to the carrier upon receipt of the goods.

if your order is not delivered by Christmas, some problems of freight forwarders, Sand Brand refund the shipping cost or will offer free shipping on your next order.
