Return Policy

Sand Bikini accepts returns for any reason if the return request and shipment take place within 14 days of delivery of the order. Only in this case will requests be approved.

Items must be returned in their original condition after Sand Bikini has authorized the return, and not before notifying Customer Service via the "Make a return" form, entering the order code and the email address used for the purchase.

You can choose between:

• Request a Size or Item Exchange (Free return shipping and new incoming shipment)
  
• Receive a Gift Card (purchase voucher) greater than the value paid for the returned product (free return shipping)
• Receive a monetary refund excluding shipping costs

The Return and refund policies apply only to orders and shipments made in Italy.

Shipping Costs

• In the event of a monetary refund, shipping costs will be your responsibility, except for defective items, subject to photo proof of the defect.
• If the customer does not pay shipping costs at the time of purchase (promotion, etc.), the costs incurred by Sand Bikini for shipping + any cash on delivery costs will be deducted from the refund and not refunded.
• In the event of a size exchange or Gift Card request: Sand will offer you a free shipping fee for home or access point collection. Additionally, for size exchanges, you will receive free shipping on the replacement product.
• If you request a Gift Card/Voucher (valid for 1 year), return shipping costs are included.

Returns of Orders with Free Gifts

If the order includes a free gift, it must be returned with the products to receive a refund. If the free gift is not returned, a refund will not be possible.

Returns from Outside the EU

For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not possible for orders placed outside the European Union. Gift wrapping is not returnable and cannot be refunded.

Dos and Don'ts

1. Communicate your intention to return an item within 14 days of delivery.
2. Wait for return authorization from Customer Service and include the form you received inside the package. If you have not received the form, request one at resi@sandshop.it.
3. Ship the product in its original condition (preferably in the original box). Sand Bikini does not accept separate returns of the same order in different shipments.
4. Return the item with the original tag. Items without tags will not be accepted.
5. Sand Bikini will refund the full amount excluding shipping costs.
6. If the item is not in the same condition as the item, or if it is used/damaged, the refund will not be issued. You can return the item at your own expense. After this shipment, returns will no longer be possible.

Refund Times

The refund will be issued within 14 days of delivery. The timeframe varies depending on the payment method:

Credit Card

The refund depends on the issuing institution. The credit date will be the same as the amount charged. You will be notified by email.

PayPal

The refund will be made to your PayPal account after notification by email. You will also receive final confirmation from Customer Service.

Cash on Delivery (only for Italy) or Bank Transfer

The refund will be made to the bank account provided during the return process. You will receive final confirmation via email from Customer Service.
