Buying on Sandshop is easy:
- - Browse our products and let yourself be inspired by the spirit of travel!
- - If you already know what you're looking for, use the navigation bar or search bar to find it in a flash!
- - Once you've found the right product, select the size and quantity and click the "add to cart" button.
- - Review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the "shopping bag" icon at the top right of the page.
- - To proceed with your purchase, click "checkout", then add your shipping and payment details to complete your order.
- - If you already have a Sand account, you can log in and checkout faster using your saved shipping and payment details.
Once you have the items selected in your cart, simply click the "Checkout" button. You will then be prompted to log in to your account or enter your contact details. Then, choose your preferred shipping method and enter any discount codes or credit cards you may wish to use. Finally, you will be directed to complete the payment. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!
Sand accepts payments from all types of credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Amazon Pay, Satispay, Scalapay, Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer
If you receive an error message, check that the payment information you entered is correct and contact your bank first. Then, if you're still having problems, contact us and include the following information:
- - What operating system were you using to place the order (e.g. Windows, Mac)
- - The internet browser used to place the order (e.g. Chrome, Safari)
- - The payment method used to place the order
- - A description of the problem and when it occurred
- - Details of any error messages received (if any)
- - Please verify that there is available credit on the card used. We can then review your request and get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!
We are generally unable to make manual changes, however, if your order hasn't shipped, it may be possible. We process orders quickly, so changes can't always be accommodated. Please contact our Customer Service team immediately with the details of your change request and order number, keeping in mind our Customer Service business hours.
Please allow up to 2 hours for the confirmation email to arrive in your registered email address. We recommend checking your spam/junk folder as well. If you don't receive a confirmation email within this timeframe, simply contact our Customer Support team.
Enter your promotional code at checkout. You'll need to copy it exactly as it appears and then press apply. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with additional promotions or vouchers received from previous orders, and they don't apply to sale items unless otherwise specified.
Can't use your discount code? This could be because:
- - The code has expired — many of our offers are only valid for a limited time.
- - You can only use one code per order.
- - The code was written poorly or copied incorrectly.
- - The code is not valid for use on the selected product category
We ship worldwide. Orders placed in Italy can only ship within that country. For orders placed from the European Union (excluding Italy) and non-EU countries, you can select one of the countries within your geographic area as the destination.
Shipping to Italy and Europe
- - Sand Brand delivers to Italy and the European Union within approximately 2 working days (no deliveries on Saturdays) for orders placed by 11:59 PM the previous day.
- - For islands, underserved countries and remote areas, delivery may take approximately 2 to 4 working days.
Shipments to non-EEC countries
- - For orders placed Monday through Friday by 11:59 PM the previous day, delivery to non-EU countries may take 1 to 5 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance times. For orders shipped to non-EU countries, import duties are the responsibility of the customer. This amount corresponds to a percentage of the total invoice amount, which may vary depending on the destination.
- Please note that returns or exchanges are not possible for orders outside of the EU. For more details, please visit the "RETURNS" section on our website.

Current-season and ongoing items are restocked year-round. You can sign up for the newsletter for immediate notifications or activate the bell on the specific product page.
Hand wash with delicate detergent in cold water. Dry inside out in a shaded place. Sand recommends extra care with lurex fabric, which is delicate due to the intertwining of many glittery filaments. Therefore, avoid rubbing with accessories and rough areas.
In the event of a partial or total return of an order that includes a free gift , the free gift received must also be returned along with the returned products.
The refund will only be made if the gift is included in the return .
If the gift is not returned , it will not be possible to proceed with the refund .
