All purchases made on this website are governed by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and current Italian e-commerce laws.
2. How to Purchase
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Customer can purchase:
- as a guest, without registration;
- by registering on the website, which allows faster future purchases, saving shipping addresses, viewing order history, and accessing exclusive promotions.

3. Prices
All prices are in Euro (€) and include 22% VAT.
SAND S.R.L. reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price displayed at the time of order confirmation is final.
A proper fiscal document (invoice or receipt) will be issued for every purchase.
4. Payment Methods
The Customer can choose from the following payment options:
Credit Cards
Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Diners, JCB.
Transactions are secured using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).
Some cards may require 3D Secure authentication.
Apple Pay and Google Pay
Payments can be made using Apple Pay or Google Pay. Card details are managed directly by Apple or Google and are not stored on our website. By completing the payment, the user authorizes the corresponding charge.
PayPal
Payment via PayPal is possible even without registration.
Financial data is handled exclusively by PayPal and is not shared with the seller.
Klarna
Payment can be split into installments according to Klarna's terms at the time of purchase.
Approval is subject to Klarna's conditions.
Scalapay
Payment in 3 interest-free installments is available according to Scalapay's conditions.
The order will be processed after payment approval confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (Italy Only)
Payment in cash upon delivery is available only for shipments within Italy.
Additional fee: € 3.00.
In case of refusal of the package:
- No second delivery attempt will be made;
- The package will be returned to the sender;
- Any storage and return costs will be charged to the Customer.
5. Transaction Security
SAND S.R.L. uses SSL security protocols to protect data transmitted online.
Payments via PayPal, Klarna, and Scalapay are processed directly by the respective providers.
6. Product Availability
Products are available while supplies last.
If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, the Customer will be promptly notified and may choose between a refund or replacement.

Orders are processed within 24/48 business hours after payment confirmation (excluding holidays).

7.3 Delays
Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
SAND S.R.L. is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, force majeure, strikes, or customs issues.
7.4 Inspection upon Delivery
Upon delivery, the Customer must check the package integrity.
In case of issues, it is mandatory to make a written and detailed inspection note on the courier's receipt (e.g., “damaged package”, “opened parcel”).
Without a specific note, the delivery is considered accepted.
Any disputes must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
8. Preorder Products
Some products may be purchased in Preorder mode.
Payment is charged at the time of purchase.
The indicated shipping date is estimated and not guaranteed.
For orders containing both available and preorder products:
- The order may be shipped in a single shipment;
- Or split into multiple shipments at SAND S.R.L.'s discretion.
The Customer may request cancellation of the preorder before shipment.
9. Christmas Delivery
For orders placed by December 15th at 10:00 AM, delivery is guaranteed by Christmas.
If delays occur due to the courier or for reasons not attributable to SAND S.R.L., shipping costs will not be refunded.
10. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery, pursuant to the Consumer Code.

11. Limitation of Liability
SAND S.R.L. is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or improper use of products.
12. Competent Court
For any dispute, the competent court is the consumer's residence or domicile if located in Italy.
In all other cases, the competent court is Naples.
