Delivery Times

Italy and European Union

• Indicative delivery: 2–5 business days (no deliveries on Saturdays).
• Orders placed by 23:59 of the previous day will be processed for shipment.
• Times may vary due to reasons beyond Sand Bikini’s control, such as courier delays.
• Islands, remote areas, or less-served countries → 2–6 business days.

Non-EU Countries

• Orders from Monday to Friday before 23:59 → delivery in 1–7 business days, depending on destination and customs procedures.
• For non-EU orders, returns or exchanges are not available.

Customs Duties

Non-EU orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, payable by the customer. The amount corresponds to a percentage of the invoice total and varies depending on the destination country.

Order Tracking

• Order status will be visible in your account dashboard as “Complete”.
• You will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.
• If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact Customer Service.

Shipping Address

• Fill in all required fields to ensure correct delivery.
• Provide company references, office details, or opening hours if the delivery is not to a private residence.
• Sand Bikini is not responsible for errors due to incorrect address information.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

• Refuse delivery or sign with a inspection note.
• Photograph the package before and after opening.

Other Important Information

• If delivery is refused or the package cannot be delivered for reasons not attributable to Sand Bikini, shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund.
• If absent at the courier's first attempt, a second delivery attempt will be made.
• If absent at the second attempt, depending on the courier, the shipment may be stored or a notice will be issued to arrange a new delivery date or pickup at the depot.
• Any storage fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
• Cash on Delivery payments are available only for deliveries within Italy.
