All purchases made on the website are governed by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and the applicable Italian regulations on e-commerce.

2. Purchasing Process

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Customers may purchase:

as a guest, without registration;
by registering on the website, which allows faster future purchases, saving shipping addresses, viewing order history and accessing exclusive promotions.

All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT at 22%.

SAND S.R.L. reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the price displayed at the time of order confirmation shall apply.

A proper fiscal document (invoice or receipt) will be issued for every purchase.

4. Payment Methods

Customers may choose from the following payment methods:

Credit Cards

Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Diners, JCB.

Transactions are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.
Some cards may require 3D Secure authentication.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

Customers may pay via Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card details are managed directly by Apple or Google and are not stored on our website. By completing the payment, the user authorises the charge of the corresponding amount.

PayPal

Payment via PayPal is available even without registration.
Financial data is managed exclusively by PayPal and is not shared with the seller.

Klarna

Payments can be split into instalments according to the conditions set by Klarna at the time of purchase.
Approval is subject to the provider's terms and conditions.

Scalapay

Payment in 3 interest-free instalments is available according to Scalapay's conditions.
The order will be processed after confirmation of payment approval.

Bank Transfer

The order will be processed only after the funds have been received.

Cash on Delivery (ITALY ONLY)

Payment in cash upon delivery.
Additional charge: € 3.00.

In the event of parcel refusal:

no second delivery attempt will be made;
the parcel will be returned to the sender;
storage and return costs will be charged to the Customer.

5. Transaction Security

SAND S.R.L. uses SSL security protocols to protect data transmitted online.

Payments via PayPal, Klarna and Scalapay are managed directly by the respective providers.

6. Product Availability

Products are available while stocks last.

In the event of unavailability arising after a purchase, the Customer will be promptly informed and may choose between a refund or a replacement.

7. Shipping and Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 24/48 business hours from payment confirmation (public holidays excluded).

7.3 Delays

Delivery times are indicative and non-binding.
SAND S.R.L. is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier, force majeure, strikes or customs issues.

7.4 Inspection Reserve Upon Delivery

Upon delivery, the Customer must check the integrity of the parcel.

In the event of any anomalies, it is mandatory to add a written and detailed inspection reserve on the courier's receipt (e.g. "damaged parcel", "open package").

In the absence of a specific reserve, delivery shall be considered accepted.

Any complaints must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

8. Pre-Order Products

Some products may be purchased on a Pre-Order basis.

Payment is made at the time of purchase.

The indicated shipping date is estimated and non-binding.

In the case of an order containing both available and pre-order products:

the order may be shipped in a single shipment;
or split into multiple shipments at the discretion of SAND S.R.L..

The Customer may request cancellation of the pre-order before shipment.

9. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code, which covers any lack of conformity of the purchased items existing at the time of delivery and manifesting within 2 years of delivery. Defects or damage resulting from accidental events or from the Customer's misuse of the products contrary to their intended purpose, or resulting from normal wear and tear, are excluded from the legal guarantee. To benefit from this guarantee, the Customer must report the lack of conformity by written notice to the seller, describing the defects and faults found. The Customer may, at their choice, request the seller to repair or replace the item, free of charge in either case, unless the requested remedy is impossible or imposes disproportionate costs on the seller. If repair or replacement is not possible, the Customer may opt for a proportional reduction of the price paid or for termination of the contract. Please note that the Customer is not entitled to terminate the contract if the lack of conformity is minor.

10. Christmas Delivery

For orders placed by 15 December at 10:00 AM, delivery by Christmas is guaranteed.

In the event of delay attributable to the courier or for any reason not attributable to SAND S.R.L., shipping costs will not be refunded.

11. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery, pursuant to the Consumer Code.

12. Limitation of Liability

SAND S.R.L. is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or improper use of products.

13. Jurisdiction

For any dispute, jurisdiction lies with the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italian territory.

In all other cases, the competent court is that of Naples.
